Ingredients
Ingredients – Chocolate
- 120g cacao butter (chopped)
- 1-2 Tbsp creamed coconut or coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 4 Tbsp dark agave syrup
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
Ingredients – ‘Rocks’
- almonds
- macadamias
- coconut flakes
- dehydrated cherries
- marshmallow pieces
Method
Method
- Place a glass bowl over a pot of gently boiling water.
- Combine cacao butter & coconut over heat until smooth. (Be careful not to over-stir or creamed coconut will separate.)
- Take bowl off heat and combine remaining chocolate ingredients until smooth.
- Add the ‘Rocks’ stir to coat, then spoon into a glass baking tray or you can use seasonal-appropriate moulds!
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, cut into pieces as required and garnish with fine desiccated coconut
Notes
It takes about 10-20 minutes for chocolate to set.
