- 1 1/2 cucumber
- 2 lime (peeled)
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 3 slices pineapple
- 2cm ginger
- 1 handful mint
- 1 handful parsley
- Use the fine juicing screen and turn your juicer on.
- Alternate between juicing the different vegetables.
- Once juiced store in a sealed jar or bottle in the fridge.
