Replenish Smoothie Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

This replenish smoothie recipe is the perfect pick me up for when you’re needing it. It’s sweet, hydrating, vegan friendly and easy to make!


  • 1 1/2 punnets strawberry (stems optional, I removed to improve the colour)
  • 1/4 continental cucumber
  • 1 small lime wedge with peel
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 2 cups ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
