Salted Choc Caramel Mousse Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

If you haven’t tried making mousse in your Vitamix then you really must! This Salted Choc Caramel Mousse is healthy, so creamy and decadent, and only take minutes to make. Yummmmm!


  • 2 avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 3 Tbsp raw cacao
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 8 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 10 cracks Himalayan sea salt


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine. Serve into desired containers and let the mousse set in the fridge for an hour.
  6. Enjoy!
