SBF Squares Submitted by Sally Brouwer

Meet Sally Brouwer our August Featured Friend, the inspirational Sally Brouwer. A mum to 6 year old triplets, a full time Police Officer, runs her own fitness business “Sally Brouwer fitness” and is on the Board of Directors for  the “Blue Sky Foundation” charity. Last year her babies started school and she was also awarded Australian PT of the year from Ultra Fitness magazine – to say it was a big year for Sally is an understatement.

Her philosophy revolves around keeping health and fitness simple and going back to basics. With all of these things keeping Sally busy we are so grateful that this incredible superwoman agreed to be this months Featured Friend.
