Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 1 handful blanched almonds
- 1-2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 dash all spice (to taste)
- 2-3 cups of ice
- extra allspice or nutmeg for a garnish
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
- Blend for 50 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Alternatively, use the smoothie function on your Vitamix blender.
- Stop the machine and serve.
