Weight Loss Green Smoothie Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

Try this quick, easy & tasty green smoothie recipe to start the detox & weight loss process. The chia seeds jumpstart the metabolism & help you keep your lean muscle while you’re shedding the fat.


  • 1-2 handfuls green grapes (seedless)
  • 1 whole apple (quartered)
  • 1 whole pear (quartered)
  • 2 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 cup ice cubes


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
