Healthy whole food juice recipe

This is a delicious Wholefood Smoothie Recipe that’s healthy, full of whole raw foods and is quick and easy to make using the Vitamix Blender.


  • 1 handful grapes (seedless)
  • 1 slice melon (with seeds)
  • 1-2 slice pineapple (with core)
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 apple (quartered)
  • 1/2 banana (peeled)
  • 2 strawberry (with stem) ­­
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 handful cabbage
  • 1 small slice lemon (with peel)
  • 1-2 cup ice


  • 2 Tbsp yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 passionfruit seeds
  • 1 peach (pitted)
  • 1 slice mango (pitted)
  • 1 squeeze organic honey


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
