This is a delicious Wholefood Smoothie Recipe that’s healthy, full of whole raw foods and is quick and easy to make using the Vitamix Blender.

Ingredients
- 1 handful grapes (seedless)
- 1 slice melon (with seeds)
- 1-2 slice pineapple (with core)
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 apple (quartered)
- 1/2 banana (peeled)
- 2 strawberry (with stem)
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 handful cabbage
- 1 small slice lemon (with peel)
- 1-2 cup ice
Optional
- 2 Tbsp yoghurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 passionfruit seeds
- 1 peach (pitted)
- 1 slice mango (pitted)
- 1 squeeze organic honey
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
- Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Stop the machine and serve.
