Vitamin C Smoothie

Makes: 1-1.5L

Serves: 2-4

Vitamin C Smoothie



  • 1/2 cup pineapple (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1 inch knob ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 2L container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase the speed to 10, then override to High.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until desired temperature is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.


  • If using the Vitamix Pro 750, you can use the smoothie setting as seen in video.
  • If you're eating any fruit peels, ensure fruit is organic and washed well.
