Try this quick, easy & tasty green smoothie recipe to start the detox & weightloss process. The chia seeds jumpstart the metabolism & help you keep your lean muscle while you're shedding the fat.

Ingredients
- 1-2 handfuls green grapes (seedless)
- 1 whole apple (quartered)
- 1 whole pear (quartered)
- 2 handfuls spinach leaves
- 2 leaves kale
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 cup ice cubes
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 2L container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase the speed to 10, then override to High.
- Use tamper to press the ingredients into the blades if required.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds or until smooth.
- Stop the machine and serve.
Notes
- this recipe can be reduced by half and made in a Vitamix 0.9L wet container.
