Method

Tap a number to tick off each step

  1. Add all ingredients into your Vitamix 225ml Blending Bowl.

  2. Place lid on securely.

  3. Put container on the Ascent Series Vitamix and blend for about 45 seconds on HIGH speed.

  4. Stop blending.

  5. Store in an airtight container. We like to store it in the fridge if it’s humid.
