Method

Cut up Nectarines into desired shape.

Marinate in the Lemon Juice and let sit for 5-10mins in a large bowl

Dehydrate at 65 degrees Celsius for 4 hours then dehydrate at 50 degrees for around 12 hours. Longer if needed.

Store in an airtight container.
