Complete Breakfast Green Smoothie

The Complete Breakfast Green Smoothie is all you need in a raw food breakfast. A quick, easy, healthy start to the day.



  • 1 handful green seedless grapes
  • 1 green apple (quartered)
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 sticks celery (with leaves)
  • 3 florets broccoli
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 slice paw paw (seedless)
  • 1 aloe vera leaf
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 handful snow pea sprouts
  • 300ml organic coconut water
  • 2 cup ice



  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 2L container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase the speed to 10, then override to High.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
