Dehydrating stone fruit really is so easy and simple. All you need is one other ingredient!
- Nectarines (chopped)
- Lemon Juice
- Cut up Nectarines into desired shape.
- Marinate in the Lemon Juice and let sit for 5-10mins in a large bowl
- Dehydrate at 65 degrees Celsius for 4 hours then dehydrate at 50 degrees for around 12 hours. Longer if needed.
- Store in an airtight container.
