Dehydrated Nectarines

Dehydrating stone fruits is so simple and easy to make in a Sedona Dehydrator. All you need is one other ingredient and you have a delicious and healthy snack recipe the kids will love.

Ingredients

  • Nectarines (chopped)
  • Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Cut up Nectarines into desired shape.
  2. Marinate in the Lemon Juice and let sit for 5-10mins in a large bowl
  3. Dehydrate at 65 degrees Celsius for 4 hours then dehydrate at 50 degrees for around 12 hours. Longer if needed.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
