- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1 spring onion
- 1 small garlic clove
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 dates, soaked 1/2 hr
- 1 Tbsp apple cider
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 3/4 cup water
- Place all ingredients into your blender in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn on machine and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
