- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- Break up cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select speed 10, and pulse 3 times or until desired consistency is reached.
- Strain liquid into a bowl, and leave for a few minutes until rice is dry.
