Neenish Tart or (neenish cake) is a tart loaded with pastry, sweet gelatin-set cream, more cream, icing sugar, more sugar, condensed milk, colourings, more sugar and one messy face at the end of eating one. They certainly remind me of my kid years when I would try and sneak one at the local bakery. But
