Wellbeing beyond food
Within the complexities of what we now have access to when it comes to better health underlies a beautiful simplicity at its roots that I believe is what creates a foundation for true wellbeing. This simplicity can be captured in the phrase self-love.
During the years I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry I have witnessed when self-love forms the basis of your choices, including which foods to eat and not eat, are you able to enjoy a fad-free health journey that truly supports and promotes vitality.
Just where do you begin with self-love to promote wellness for life?
First and foremost we must acknowledge that you are an amazing, incredible being worthy and deserving of true health.
Secondly, to acknowledge that there is an innate knowing within each of us that is constantly communicating and it is by listening to your body will you discover a way of living and nourishing that allows you to flourish.
And thirdly, that optimal wellbeing comes from a holistic approach to your life by living true to yourself, having loving relationships and nourishing your body and soul.
Putting all of these things together in balance good health and joy can be felt and this is where Live Love Nourish was born; an online health and wellness website with refreshing inspiration, healthy recipes, wellness tips and more.
The LLN philosophy, to “live the real you, love truly and deeply and nourish from the inside out” captures the essence of what I believe is crucial to a life of love, joy and wellbeing.
Living the real you means living the real, whole and natural you. The bright and sparkling self of who you really are on the inside. No masks, no armour, no protection, no shying away, no holding back. Just your real, complete and genuine self. It is to know that there is more to life than just existing. It is to live to your fullest potential and always live true to yourself.
“There is no better version of you, than your real, whole and true self.” – Live Love Nourish
Loving truly and deeply means having loving relationships with yourself and others. To love yourself truly and to love others deeply. To let love out and in. To express love unreserved and to love like you’ve never been hurt.
“Love yourself for who you are and the true beauty that is inside you.” – Live Love Nourish
Nourishing from the inside out is to nourish all of you and every aspect of your life.
When it comes to food I believe in an approach that honours the wisdom of your own body and it is through self-love and listening to your body that will you find your best diet.
Live Love Nourish’s recipes and our 8 week online program are focused on nourishing you with vitalising foods that honour and respect your body and steering clear of de-vitalising and health-hindering food that compromises your fullest potential.
“Feed your body, nourish your Soul.” – Live Love Nourish
We must remember that your body is an amazing powerhouse and looking after it with good food, loving choices and nurture will propel you towards living your best self.
May you live the real you, love truly and deeply and nourish from the inside out.
