The perfect recipe for those who are dairy intolerant or Vegan. This Cashew Mylk is creamy and a delicious and nutritious alternative. You can add more sweetener if you like and take it on the go with you!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1 ½ cups filtered water
- 1/2 medjool date (pitted)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 4-5 cubes ice
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 600ml container in the order listed.
- Screw the blade onto the container, using the arrows, and attach to the Vitamix base.
- Select drink setting and turn the machine on.
- Add to your cereal, or smoothie or store in an airtight container for later.
Note
- If using manual settings or a 2L container, blend on high speed for 45 seconds to 1 minute until desired consistency is reached.
- Can be stored in airtight container, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
