The perfect recipe for those who are dairy intolerant or Vegan. This Cashew Mylk is creamy and a delicious and nutritious alternative. You can add more sweetener if you like and take it on the go with you! 



  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1 ½ cups filtered water
  • 1/2 medjool date (pitted)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 4-5 cubes ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 600ml container in the order listed.
  2. Screw the blade onto the container, using the arrows, and attach to the Vitamix base.
  3. Select drink setting and turn the machine on.
  4. Add to your cereal, or smoothie or store in an airtight container for later.


  • If using manual settings or a 2L container, blend on high speed for 45 seconds to 1 minute until desired consistency is reached.
  • Can be stored in airtight container, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
