Video Recipe – Pina Colada Mocktail

Do you like Pina Coladas? And getting caught in the rain? Well… we’re not too sure about the rain part but we certainly have you covered when it comes to the Pina Colada! This is our mocktail version so feel free to alter it to suit your needs 😉 

Pina Colada Mocktail

Makes – 1.5L to 2L
Serves – 4 to 8 people

Ingredients 

• 1 cup organic coconut cream
• 2 cups pineapple (with core)
• seeds of 1 passionfruit
• 1 lime (peeled)
• 3-4 cups ice

Method 

1. Add all ingredients to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 45-60 seconds. Alternatively, select the drinks setting and start the machine.
3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing, if needed.
4. Stop the machine and serve.
