The older I get the more responsibilities I have and it all seems to be with a lot less time to fit them in. Naturally, it can all be a little overwhelming and there are moments where I just want to roll up into a ball and hide under my bed sheets.

Nothing beats a well made and super tasty Berry Jam that is packed with flavour and goodness! It’s a great staple for many recipes, especially desserts and hey… I know we’re all guilty of eating it off the spoon with some freshly made peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice).
