Today, I’m going to show you how to make my favourite milk, the healthiest of all milks, almond milk.
So in the container here I have three cups of water. So simple to make. I’m going to put in one cup of almonds. I’m going to add a little bit of ice, just because I like my milk chilled in the morning. That’s optional and I’m going to lock that lid into place. I’m going to start that on slow speed, work it up to ten, and get it up on the high speed.
