  1. Ice / Something Icy– Frozen berries, frozen banana, frozen milk cubes, frozen yoghurt frozen fruit of choice etc.
  2. Liquid – Now you don’t need a lot! Just enough to get your blend creamy. We mostly use  a room temperature fruit, yoghurt, cream, coconut water, water, milk or juice etc.
  3. Flavouring / Texture – Cacao powder, vanilla paste, mint, sweeteners (rice malt syrup, sugar, or dates), cinnamon, berries, nut butters, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, superfood powders (which are great for colour), coconut flakes or even some flavoured liqueurs if you’re feeling risky!
