This week’s recipe is inspired by an amazing image I saw on Pinterest which then lead me to the wonderful blog written by Earthsprout. As I was making them and taking photos to me they looked like little Santa Hats! PERFECT for this time of year!

Hola! Today i am going to show you how to make a tasty Mexican style soup called the El Gringo Soup. This recipe uses beautiful fresh raw veggies and delicious traditional Mexican flavours for seasoning.

Gratitude.

My friends in the USA are celebrating Thanksgiving today – and while we don’t celebrate this holiday here in Australia, I thought it was the perfect time to encourage all of us all to practice the act of gratitude (same, same but different).

These magical bites are definitely at the top of my list. I make them for EVERYTHING! Last minute guests, dinner parties, snacks when you need a sweet fix and just because I like chocolate.
