Now this is a smoothie that is very reminiscent of the Strawberries and Cream lollies that I use to sneak when I was a child! Mum was always health conscious so we would rarely get any rubbish food in our house. I…as any child would do, would rebel and sneak them somehow.

Mangoes! They’re messy to eat yet OH SO TASTY! If you don’t feel like getting stringy teeth and sticky fingers from eating them… MAKE A DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE! Simple.

These magical bites are definitely at the top of my list. I make them for EVERYTHING! Last minute guests, dinner parties, snacks when you need a sweet fix and just because I like chocolate.

Today’s recipe is inspired by Blueberries! This smoothie recipe is sure to please and a great way to reap the benefits of tofu without sitting down to the typical deep fried tofu… Certainly a healthier option.

It sounds strange however, tastes great! I had a brain wave one day whilst eating some tahini with some veggie sticks and thought… I need to test drive tahini in a smoothie. So I did… and it worked!

Your brain is boss and it’s not going to let you think otherwise! It consists of 5 main sections including the cerebrum, cerebellum, brain stem, pituitary and hypothalamus which all band together and run the show.

I will safely say that this was a mistake recipe that turned Blog Post Worthy! Did you know that the watermelon can be classified as both a fruit and a vegetable? Weird hey! It’s a fruit because it grows from a seed, has a sweet refreshing flavour, and is loosely considered a type of melon.
